Pomegranates

Pomegranates are a fruit high in antioxidants. Pomegranates are a great source of the antioxidant polyphenols which help to fight off free radicals in our bodies. Eating pomegranates or pomegranate juice helps reduce cellular damage. Pomegranate juice is seen to be the most powerful beverage you can drink due to its high antioxidant and vitamin content. Pomegranates may help lower LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol.
